# Estric AI

> Estric AI is an AI front desk for service businesses (trades, salons, clinics, studios, shops). Instead of one chatbot, it is a team of AI teammates that runs the front of the business: a receptionist answers the existing phone number 24/7 with a natural voice and handles WhatsApp and web chat; a scheduler books appointments with SMS confirmation; a cashier sends branded payment links; an account manager captures leads and pushes them out over signed webhooks; and an analyst reports it all in one dashboard. Coming soon: shop catalog answers (live products, stock, order status), direct CRM sync to HubSpot, monday.com and Pipedrive, and an AI meeting notetaker. They share one memory, so a returning customer is recognised across every channel. Providers are pluggable: businesses choose their AI language model and text-to-speech voice.

Pricing: four plans (Solo $39/mo, Starter $99/mo, Growth $249/mo, Scale $599/mo). Every plan is the full team; plans differ in monthly voice minutes and conversation volume. Annual billing gets two months free. A free 7-day trial is available with no card, heavily capped. There is no setup cost and no onboarding period: unlike providers that charge setup fees and take days or weeks, Estric AI is self-serve and live in minutes; owners manage their own AI knowledge from the dashboard, with the Estric team available to help.
