Common questions
Can it tell an emergency from a normal job?
Yes. You set the rules for what counts as urgent, for example exposed wiring, a burning smell, or total power loss. Urgent calls are escalated to your mobile straight away; everything else is booked or captured as a lead.
Will it quote a price?
Only what you tell it to. Most electricians have it quote a callout fee and hourly rate and refuse to price the job itself, because nobody can price a fault they have not seen.
