What counts as a voice minute?
Time Estric spends on live phone calls for your business. A three-minute booking call uses three minutes. Chat conversations don’t use voice minutes.
What is a conversation?
One thread with one customer — a phone call, or a message exchange — counted once per month no matter how many messages fly back and forth.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You point your existing business number at Estric, and callers keep dialling the number they already know.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We warn you well before you hit the limit, and you can move up a plan at any time. We don’t silently bill overage.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing page anytime. Changes apply from your next billing period.
