Estric AI sends signed JSON events for new bookings, captured leads, escalations, and support tickets. Each webhook has its own signing secret, gets a test ping on connect, and you can run as many as you need. Job management tools like ServiceM8 and Simpro, spreadsheets, Slack, your own backend: if it accepts a POST, it works.

No API at all? There is usually still a path: a nightly file, an email parse, or a webhook from the tool sitting next to it. Ask.
Integration questions
What is the difference between a one-way and a two-way integration?
A one-way integration moves data in a single direction. Estric AI sends each booking, lead, escalation, and ticket out to your tool, and nothing comes back. A two-way integration reads and writes: the AI can look up live data in your system during a conversation, answer with it, and write the outcome back. One-way is live today via signed webhooks. Two-way connectors are either on the roadmap or built to order.
Can you build a custom integration for the software I already use?
Yes. If your system has a documented API, or can accept and send webhooks, we can connect it. Send us the software name and what you want it to do through the contact form and we will scope it and tell you what is involved, at no cost.
How long does a custom integration take?
A one-way push into a system that accepts webhooks is usually same-week. A two-way integration against a documented API is typically two to four weeks depending on how much of the API we need and how quickly sandbox credentials arrive.
Do I need a developer to connect Estric AI?
No, for anything on the live list. You paste an https URL into the dashboard, Estric AI sends a test ping, and you are connected. Automation platforms like Zapier, Make and n8n give you that URL in a click. Custom integrations are built by us, not by you.
Are webhook events secure?
Every webhook has its own signing secret. Each request is signed so your endpoint can verify it came from Estric AI and was not altered in transit. Deliveries are retried, and you can run as many endpoints as you need.
What does a custom integration cost?
Scoping is free. Most one-way connections are included on paid plans. Anything that needs bespoke engineering is quoted once, up front, before work starts. There is no surprise integration fee on your invoice.
