Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Try before you pay

Sign up without subscribing to get a 7-day free trial, no card required, so nothing is charged while you evaluate Estric. Subscribing charges you immediately and activates the full plan. The trial is the intended way to evaluate Estric before you pay.

2. All fees are non-refundable

All fees paid to Estric are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual subscription fees, top-ups, and any other charges, whether or not you use the Service during the period you paid for.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, unused features, or unused capacity.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future billing: no further charges are made after the current billing period ends. The period you have already paid for runs in full with full service, and the fee for that period is not refunded.

Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you always receive what you paid for.

4. Usage and third-party costs

Consumed usage (voice minutes, conversations) and third-party charges incurred on your own accounts (for example Stripe processing fees on your payment links, or telephony charges for a number you keep) are not refundable by Estric.

5. Billing errors and chargebacks

This policy covers change-of-mind refunds, not our mistakes. If we charge you incorrectly (a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or a plan billed at the wrong price), contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge and we will correct it, including refunding the incorrect amount.

If you dispute a legitimate charge with your card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend the account while the dispute is open and recover dispute fees where the chargeback is decided in our favour.

6. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer protection law, the consumer protection laws of your US state or Canadian province, the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, applicable Hong Kong law, and the Malaysia Consumer Protection Act 1999. Where the Service fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies to you, you remain entitled to the remedies those laws provide, and this policy applies only to the extent permitted by law.

The Service is offered for business use. Where your country provides a consumer cooling-off or withdrawal right (for example under UK or EU distance-selling rules), that right generally does not apply to business purchases, but nothing in this policy removes it where it lawfully applies to you. The country-specific terms in section 14 of the Terms of Service also apply to this policy.
