Editorial policy

How we produce and maintain this content

Everything on this site is published under the editorial responsibility of the Estric AI founding team. This page explains how it gets written, checked, and kept current.

Who writes this site

Estric AI is built in Sydney by its founders, Syed Shariq (Co-founder & CEO) and Mike Tse (Co-founder). The founding team is editorially responsible for everything published here: product pages, guides, comparisons, and the blog.

We build an AI receptionist for Australian service businesses, and the content reflects what we learn operating it: real call patterns, booking behaviour, and the front-desk problems our customers bring to us.

How content is produced

We use our own AI tooling to help draft articles. Every published piece is reviewed and edited by the founding team before it goes live, and we stand behind what it says. If AI drafting produces a claim we cannot verify, it does not ship.

Product capabilities described on this site match what the product actually does today. Features that are planned but not yet live are labelled as coming soon, both on this site and inside the product.

Accuracy and sources

Pricing on this site is the real pricing, in AUD, quoted excluding GST like the rest of Australian business software. GST is added at checkout and itemised on your tax invoice. There are no setup fees or hidden line items. Claims about regulation (for example, call-recording rules in Australia) are based on published legislation and official guidance at the time of writing, and are general information, not legal advice.

Comparison pages describe competitors based on their public websites and published pricing at the time of review. If you spot something outdated or wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Updates and corrections

Guides tied to pricing, regulation, or product capabilities are reviewed when those things change. Each blog post shows its publication date; when a post receives a material update, the date reflects the revision.

To report an error or request a correction, contact us at [email protected] or through the contact page. Corrections are made in place.
